1. The cottage has suitable accomodation for two adults sleeping in a double bed in the large bedroom, but can also accomodate a small child, or a baby in a cot. ( Cot + highchair available)
2. We will be there to welcome you on your arrival and give you the key.
3. The accomodation must only be used by the persons named on the booking form.
4. A small dog will be accepted, providing it is well behaved and is arranged at the time of booking. The dog must not be left in the cottage unattended.
5. The cottage is available from 1600hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1000hrs on the day of departure
6. After receiving your enquiry, we will advise you whether the cottage is available for the period requested and confirm the cost.
7. If you wish to proceed, will you please complete the Booking Form on this website and send it to us using the "Send button" provided, when we will then email you our bank details for a £100 reservation/breakages deposit to be sent to us by bank transfer to our UK Bank Account. Once the deposit is received, we will then formally confirm your booking by email. The full amount of the cottage rental is due not less than 8 weeks before the start of your booking. After the completion of your stay and the return of the key, we will then check for breakages or damage, and that the cottage is clean. Your deposit/breakages payment of £100 will then be returned to you by post, less any charges for the above, if deemed necessary.
8. In the unfortunate event of you wishing to cancel after full payment of your booking, we will endevour to re-let the cottage for the period in question, and if successful, we will refund those weeks as appropriate. If you cancel between the time of booking and full payment, the initial reservation/breakages deposit is non-refundable, . If the full payment is not made on time, we will assume you have cancelled the booking, and the same applies as above.
9. All bedding, linen & towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.
10. Only logs supplied by us can be used in the log-burner.
11.The owners do not accept any resonsibility for any loss or damage to persons or their property.
